Optibelt ALPHA LINEAR-For application in the food industry

  The Optibelt ALPHA linear timing belt (with approval of the Food and Drug Administration) for the direct conveyance of food supplements the broad product range of Optibelt timing belts made of polyurethane. The “blue” timing belt has a hardness of 85 Shore A and is optionally equipped with an aramid or steel tension cord.

The thermoplastic polyurethane surface is perfectly suitable for different coatings as well as for the welding of cams and conveyor cleats.

  optibelt ALPHA linear und ALPHA V Zahnriemen in der Ausführung FDA blau werden aus einem PU-Grundmaterial mit FDA-Zulassung für den direkten Transport von Lebensmitteln produziert und erweitern somit das breite Liefersortiment der OPTIBELT-Polyurethan-Zahnriemen. Der blaue Zahnriemen hat eine Härte von 85 Shore A und ist wahlweise mit einem Aramidzugstrang oder rostfreiem Stahlzugstrang ausgestattet. Die Profile T5 und T10 mit Aramidzugstrang sind Lagerware. Die weiteren, links aufgeführten Profile werden auf Anfrage gefertigt. Das thermoplastische Polyurethan ist hervorragend geeignet für das Aufschweißen von Nocken aus FDA-zugelassenem Grundmaterial. Die Härte und mögliche Farben entsprechen denen des Grundriemens. Des Weiteren kann der optibelt ALPHA V Zahnriemen mit Rückenbeschichtungen versehen werden, die ebenfalls aus FDA-zugelassenem Grundmaterial hergestellt worden sind.
